I'm going to list all the series I've done here at Southland. I am not strictly a lectionary preacher as you'll see. But some of these have followed the lectionary readings. Please leave a series or two that you've done in the comments. I know I will benefit, and I'm confident others will, as well.

Do you have resources for these series?
ReplyDeleteI don't have resources other than my original sermon notes. If you have questions about a specific series I'd be glad to answer them.

DeleteI had a longer comment here but it disappeared on me somehow. I just wanted to say that you have several good ideas here. Please update the last 5-6 years when you get a chance. And tell me who is Josh Davidson? Rev. Don Marshall
ReplyDeleteSorry my answer is a year late. I had a move last year and didn't do a good job of keeping up with the blog. Josh Davidson is a play on Jesus' name. Jesus is a derivative of the name Joshua (Josh). He is the Son of David (Davidson). The sermon emphasized the incarnation. Jesus became one of us, with a fairly ordinary name.
